Elegant freedom of movement & confidence after a breast surgery
After a breast surgery, it is essential to wear a breast prosthesis that feels natural, adapts to your lifestyle, and helps you regain confidence in life. The Amoena Contact 2A is designed with these needs in mind – for women who want to combine comfort, stability, and freedom. Thanks to the self-adhesive back, the prosthesis adheres directly to the skin and moves smoothly with the body. This not only provides a natural feeling but also relieves pressure on the shoulders – ideal for women who are active or have long days.
The Contact 2A offers a secure fit and more freedom in clothing choice, as it prevents shifting and keeps the prosthesis invisible under clothing. The skin-friendly silicone material feels soft and comfortable, even during prolonged wear.

maintenance advice
For the daily care of your Amoena breast prosthesis, we recommend gently cleaning it with Amoena Soft Cleanser, a mild soap, or a gentle liquid detergent. Then rinse the prosthesis thoroughly with clean water and pat it dry with a soft towel. Note that body lotion, powder, or natural body oils can leave a thin film on the inside.
Always handle your breast prosthesis with care. Avoid sharp or pointed objects such as pens, animal nails, nail files, or scissors, as these can damage the prosthesis. Lightweight silicone breast prostheses require extra caution: do not press on the prosthesis with your fingers or nails, just as you would not do with your skin.
Discoloration of the prosthesis does not affect its quality or functionality.
Be aware of certain substances that can damage the film coating of the breast prosthesis. This includes alcohols such as ethanol, propanol, or butanol, especially in combination with low molecular weight substances like insect repellent (DEET) or sunscreen, as well as ethyl acetate, other esters, and acetone. Always wait until these substances are fully absorbed and wash your hands before touching the breast prosthesis. Disinfectants are safe to use.
