Shipping policy

Delivery takes place at the address you provided when ordering.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the information provided to Mamma Nova.

Processing and delivery time
Your order will be processed immediately and delivered to you within 5 working days.

Stock products
A shipment of stock products is handled with track & trace by PostNL, DHL, or DPD.
For an order value over €150, you must sign upon receipt.

Supplier products
A shipment of supplier products is handled by the courier or postal service selected by the supplier, under the conditions agreed between the supplier and that service.

Delay
If the delivery is delayed, Mamma Nova will send you a notification by email within the agreed delivery period.

Not or partially available
If the product is no longer or only partially available, Mamma Nova will inform you as soon as possible and, if possible, offer a replacement or alternative product.
In that case, you have the right to dissolve the agreement (in whole or in part) without costs. The purchase price (in whole or in part), including shipping costs, will then be refunded within 14 days.

Risk
The risk of damage and/or loss of the products rests with Mamma Nova until the moment of delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
