Return
You can easily register a return via the online environment of Returnless. For this, you enter your order number and email address. So you do not need to have a customer account. After you have logged in, you will see an overview of your orders and the associated products. You can indicate there which items you want to return and start the return process.
No, this is not necessary. You log in with the order number and the email address you used to place the order. This will give you access to the return environment.
After you have submitted the return request, you will receive a confirmation email containing your return label. In the return environment of Returnless, you can also choose the shipping method that suits you best. Print the label and stick it on the return shipment.
As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will process it within a maximum of 7 working days. After that, you will receive an email in which we ask whether you want the purchase amount refunded or the product exchanged. Depending on your payment method, the amount is usually back in your account within a few working days.
You have 14 days to register a return, counted from the day you received the order. After this period has expired, it is no longer possible to create a return via the return environment.
After receiving the return label, you have 14 days to send the package back.
Yes, it is allowed to try on the products. Please keep in mind that we sell medical and rehabilitation products that are often used by customers during recovery periods. Hygiene is paramount. Products showing signs of use, such as stains from makeup, deodorant, or creams, are considered unsellable. In such cases, a depreciation may be applied to the amount you receive back. Additionally, we also sell swimwear and lingerie. These items may be tried on, but the hygiene strip must not be removed. Once the strip is removed, we can no longer accept the product for return.
Because we sell medical products, we are required to comply with specific laws and regulations. An important part of this is that the production data (such as the LOT and batch number) must always remain visible and intact. This information is stated on the original product packaging.
It is therefore essential that this packaging remains undamaged and the information remains visible. Without this information, we cannot guarantee the safety of our customers. If upon receipt of a return shipment it appears that a defect has occurred or the packaging is missing, depreciation may be applied.
The shipping box or outer box in which the product is delivered may be replaced or damaged upon return. No depreciation will be applied for this.
