Elegant balance & natural comfort after a breast surgery
After a breast surgery, finding the right balance is essential – literally and figuratively. The Amoena Balance Essential TO offers a subtle, natural correction for women who want to restore their symmetry or compensate for a slight inequality. This partial prosthesis combines elegance with functionality and helps you feel confident again in your own body.
The prosthesis is made of soft silicone that feels like real breast tissue and has a thin, oval shape ideal for filling slight volume differences or asymmetry. It can be worn on either the left or right side, directly on the skin or in a bra with pockets. Thanks to the lightweight, the prosthesis fits seamlessly to the body, stays nicely in place, and is especially suitable for daily use.

maintenance advice
For the daily care of your Amoena breast prosthesis, we recommend gently cleaning it with Amoena Soft Cleanser, a mild soap, or a gentle liquid detergent. Then rinse the prosthesis thoroughly with clean water and pat it dry with a soft towel. Note that body lotion, powder, or natural body oils can leave a thin film on the inside.
Always handle your breast prosthesis with care. Avoid sharp or pointed objects such as pens, animal claws, nail files, or scissors, as these can damage the prosthesis. Lightweight silicone breast prostheses require extra caution: do not press on the prosthesis with your fingers or nails, just as you would not do with your skin.
Discoloration of the prosthesis does not affect its quality or functionality.
Be aware of certain substances that can damage the film coating of the breast prosthesis. This includes alcohols such as ethanol, propanol, or butanol, especially in combination with low molecular weight substances like insect repellent (DEET) or sunscreen, as well as ethyl acetate, other esters, and acetone. Always wait until these substances are fully absorbed and wash your hands before touching the breast prosthesis. Disinfectants are safe to use.
