The Amoena silicone patches are made from high-quality materials such as breathable PU film, medical contact silicone, and a PU film protective layer. This patch helps the scar tissue to heal by providing sufficient hydration to the scar without excessive moisture loss. Thanks to its breathability and elastic properties, the patch is comfortable to wear and reusable.

Why silicone patches are effective
Silicone patches help scar tissue heal in a controlled environment by promoting proper hydration and skin breathing. Fit
The silicone patches come in a set of 4 and each measures 260 x 35 mm. The strip can be trimmed as desired for a better fit. The patches are very elastic and breathable, allowing comfortable wear during the healing process.

Usage
Apply the silicone scar patches daily to the closed wound for at least 12 hours per day. This should be repeated daily for a period of 3 to 12 months. After removing the patches, you can apply a moisturizing cream, for example at night, to support healing. For optimal results, it is important to clean the patches regularly.

Cleaning advice
Clean the silicone scar patch daily with a few drops of the Amoena Soft Cleanser or a non-greasy soap and rinse the patch under warm running water. Allow the silicone patches to air dry.
